Before the instrument takes in air, a gas source treatment element should be installed to ensure the cleanliness of the air. The filter in the gas source treatment element should be frequently drained. The liquid in the bubble detection bottle is prone to contamination and should be replaced in time. The contactless keys on the instrument panel should be protected. Do not touch or press them with hard objects such as nails, ballpoint pens or pencil tips to avoid damaging the key switches and causing the instrument to lose its functionality. After the instrument is used, the pipeline between the measured piece and the instrument should be disconnected, the gas source should be turned off, and then the power supply should be turned off.
With the continuous expansion of market demand, the instrument and meter industry closely related to people's lives has also developed rapidly. However, due to reasons such as technology and innovation, there is still a huge gap between the domestic instrument and meter industry and that of foreign countries. There is a lack of key core technologies, low-level repetition, and the stability and reliability of products have not been fundamentally solved. There is still a heavy reliance on imports for high-end precision instruments, and a large amount of imports have an adverse impact on the development of the industry.
