Recently, it was learned from the Hefei Public Resources Trading Center that Hefei will conduct a census and detection of underground power, communication, water supply and drainage, gas and other pipelines in the built-up area of the whole city. The census and detection area will cover approximately 493 square kilometers, among which the drainage network will be the focus of the census.
At present, the pre-bid demand public notice for the urban underground pipeline census and detection project in Hefei City is underway. According to the public notice, the pipelines subject to this census refer to all kinds of pipes and cables buried underground as well as all kinds of pipelines exposed on the surface within the census scope. The geographical spatial location, safety operation management and other attribute information of their ancillary facilities are also within the census scope.
The census objects include electricity (power supply, street lamps, traffic signals, advertising), information and communication (telecommunications, mobile, Unicom, radio and television, monitoring), water supply, drainage (sewage, rainwater, combined rainwater and sewage, reclaimed water and other drainage facilities), gas (coal gas, natural gas, liquefied gas), heat, industrial pipelines (including hazardous chemicals pipelines), military and other dedicated pipelines, and civil air defense tunnels and their Ancillary facilities.
Among them, the drainage network will be the focus of the census, and it also includes public drainage facilities passing through residential areas and units, public drainage networks along rivers and their affiliated facilities, etc.
The census covers the built-up area of Hefei City (including some urban-rural fringe areas), including Yaohai District, Luyang District, Shushan District (including the Government and Cultural New District), Baohe District (including Binhu New District), Economic and Technological Development Zone, High-tech Development Zone and Xinzhuan Comprehensive Experimental Zone of Hefei City. It mainly focuses on various pipelines under municipal roads and alleys with a width of more than 3 meters. And conduct a census of all kinds of underground pipelines on both sides of the river (within 20 meters outside the shoulder of the embankment).
Among them, government agencies, enterprises and public institutions, residential communities, etc. are classified as non-detection areas. Internal pipelines are not inspected, but the main pipelines passing through the above-mentioned non-detection areas cannot be interrupted to maintain the continuity of the main pipelines.
The census and detection area is approximately 493 square kilometers and is divided into four sections. The scope of this tender is the third section, which covers an area of approximately 119 square kilometers (including the experimental zone of 1.92 square kilometers), specifically: The pipeline is expected to extend from the Central Line of the Nanfei River (inclusive) in the northeast, to the Central Line of the Huancheng South Road (inclusive) in the north, to the Central Line of the Jinzhai Road - Ring Expressway - Hejie Expressway (inclusive) in the west, and to the administrative boundary of Baohe District (including Binhu New District) in the south and east. The estimated pipeline length is approximately 5,000 kilometers, passing through the public drainage facilities of residential areas and units, as well as the public drainage network and its affiliated facilities along the river.
